W and F Small Engines was founded in 1990 in the back yard of Walter Waters, it expanded quickly as word got out that he provided great service.  In 1996 he had out grown the building he had built for his shop and moved to a new location with more traffic and built a larger building.  With this larger building we picked up more lines and
